About the role
- Technical Program Manager driving high-quality deliveries within the R&D team at Parallel Wireless. Collaborating with management to define roadmaps and execute product development cycles.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all release activities, ensuring alignment with PLM/customer expectations and internal R&D considerations.
- Take responsibility in the end-to-end planning and execution of multiple R&D activities and the product development cycle.
- Coordinate efforts between different teams, identify and proactively remove roadblocks, and provide necessary mitigations.
- Play a key role in defining the organizational roadmap and managing stakeholder/executive expectations.
- Evolve and improve current release and development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a comparable technical Program or Project Management role, following a proven background of 10+ years in technical or engineering positions.
- Excellent understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
- Possesses a strong, background in Software and/or Hardware development, with the ability to actively participate and contribute to technical discussions, decisions, and problem-solving.
- Strong leadership skills, an independent problem solver, and excellent communication/team-working abilities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Proven proficiency in agile development method.
- Experience or familiarity with Cellular standards (e.g., 4G/5G) – an advantage.
