About the role

- You support the entire recruiting process.

- You accompany and support our employees throughout the entire employee life cycle.
- You work closely with other departments to achieve strategic HR goals and report regularly to our HR Manager.
Requirements
- A relevant degree in HR/personnel management is an advantage but not mandatory.
- What matters more to us is that you think and act independently, creatively, and with an innovative mindset.
- You have some prior experience in HR, ideally in labor law and recruiting.
- You bring solid knowledge of Austrian labor law and experience with digital time-tracking systems.
- You are confident using online recruiting platforms and social media (XING, LinkedIn, Instagram) and proficient in MS Office.
- You have excellent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
