The hired person will focus on handling customer complaints related to loyalty programs, especially issues involving points and benefits.
Main responsibilities include:
- Receiving, analyzing and addressing customer complaints, acting as a liaison between the bank and partner companies to seek coherent solutions that comply with agreed policies;
- Managing and monitoring contracts, including renewals, renegotiations and terminations;
- Reviewing contract drafts and interacting with other internal areas involved in contractual workflows;
- The role requires attention to detail, strong reading and analytical skills, and an investigative, proactive approach to finding solutions;
- The hired person will also be responsible for validating, managing and maintaining the Bradesco cards offers and partnerships portal.
Requirements
Experience with administrative routines and contract management;
Experience in handling customer complaints or customer case management;
Ability to read and analyze contractual documents;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Word (ability to add comments or track changes without altering the main contract text) and Excel (ability to use formulas such as VLOOKUP);
