Responsibilities
Promote the availability of managerial information in a clear and consistent manner, providing secretarial support to the Board of Directors and Superintendencies.

Provide direct support to the Board and Superintendency on specific requests, such as assessment of area structures, organizational charts, layouts and activity migration.
Monitor initiatives related to Change the Bank, focusing on hiring, seniority adjustments and control of Compliance staffing expenses.
Perform administrative, financial, operational and technical-accounting activities, including monitoring overtime, incidents, contractual penalties, management of service providers, contracts, suppliers, expense control, payments, invoices, provisions, monthly closings, forecasts, report preparation, process documentation, budget justifications and interaction with the Controllership.
