- FP&A Manager driving financial planning and analysis at Equinix. Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business partnering.
Responsibilities
- Support quarterly guidance, annual budget, and long-term modelling processes in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Global Revenue Consolidation & Reporting.
- Consolidate global revenue forecasts and results, incorporating commentary from regional teams and xScale FP&A.
- Track and report progress throughout planning cycles.
- Drive executive-level reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly flux and flash reporting to Corporate FP&A and CRT leadership.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide timely, actionable insights for business reviews and strategic initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders to gather inputs, communicate results & ranges, resolve issues, and enhance processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Champion best practices in financial modelling and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance within a multinational or tech-driven environment.
- Proven expertise in management reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced financial modelling skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Agile mindset with a high say-do ratio, creative thinking, and results orientation.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
