Responsibilities
Build and execute the IT Master Plan (12–24 months) and demand governance (ROI, SLAs, prioritization).
Lead the evolution and maintenance of core systems: e‑commerce, ERP / fiscal systems, OMS / WMS / TMS, CRM / customer service platforms and integrations (APIs / iPaaS).
Structure and strengthen Data / BI (single KPI layer: sales, margin, CAC / ROAS, inventory, OTIF, returns, NPS).
Lead Information Security and LGPD compliance (IAM / MFA, access controls, backups / disaster recovery, incident response).
Manage vendors, contracts and budget (CapEx / OpEx), focusing on efficiency and scale.
Build and develop the team (internal + partners): data, integrations, infrastructure / security and support.
Requirements
Managerial-level IT leadership experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer goods or logistics environments.
Hands-on experience with ERP, operations, integrations and data.
Results-oriented, hands-on profile with excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Executive-level understanding of security and LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law).
Experience with Shopify and its ecosystem, OMS / WMS and customer service CRM platforms.
Implementation of a data / BI platform and governance of KPIs.
Experience in omnichannel expansion and complex integrations.
