Responsibilities
- As an Application Manager, you act as the interface between the business and IT — the central point of contact
- You coordinate the development and further enhancement of business applications
- You gather requirements from business partners and translate them into technical requirements
- You align testing and the rollout of new features with all stakeholders
- You lead application-related projects as required
- You assist with user support
- You plan and deliver end-user training
- You support license management and the evaluation of new IT applications
Requirements
- Completed education or further training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration (HF/FH)
- Several years of professional experience in Application Management
- Good technical knowledge, e.g., SQL and databases (e.g., MSSQL, MySQL) is an advantage
- You are already familiar with standard applications such as Abacus, Business Central, ServiceNow, or similar
- Ideally, you also have experience with business processes (e.g., finance, ERP, logistics, etc.)
- Very good German language skills (C1) are required. Any additional language is a plus!
