About the role
- Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for recruiting IT professionals for consulting firm in Switzerland. Managing recruitment process and collaborating with managers in hybrid workplace.
Responsibilities
- Identifier et attirer des profils IT variés : développeurs, ingénieurs IT, consultant en stratégie, chefs de projet IT, etc.
- Conduire le processus de recrutement de A à Z : rédaction d’annonces, sourcing, entretiens, suivi des candidats et reporting.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les managers et les consultants pour comprendre leurs besoins techniques et anticiper les compétences recherchées.
- Participer à la promotion de la marque employeur et à la présence de l’entreprise dans les forums.
Requirements
- Expérience confirmée de 3 ans dans un environnement de IT, digitaux et conseil.
- Bachelor ou équivalent en Ressources Humaines, Psychologie ou Management.
- Bonnes connaissances des profils techniques et digitaux.
- Excellent relationnel, autonome et sens de l’organisation.
- Bonnes connaissances des outils et techniques de sourcing.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (l’allemand est un plus)
