Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or university
- Minimum five to ten years of construction and related experience and training
- High level of technical competency and curiosity
- Familiarity with the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry technology solutions, systems, processes, and tools
- Ability to evaluate the potential impact of technology solutions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Understanding of key technical concepts
- Ability to explain complex topics to leaders at all levels
- Past experience working in construction and understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Procore, Autodesk tools, PowerBI, or related construction management technologies.
