Responsibilities
Craft and execute outbound and inbound prospecting strategies in the Benelux market, with a focus on enterprise clients, to promote osapiens CMMS solutions and unlock new Annual Subscription Value (ASV) opportunities.
Take full ownership of lead generation, proactively identifying and creating new business opportunities across target industries and production environments, without relying solely on inbound leads.
Execute independently with flexibility to choose and adapt outreach strategies across channels, including cold outreach, social selling, online networks, and industry events.
Engage leads promptly with personalized, high-quality follow-ups, nurturing early-stage relationships to maximize conversion potential.
Qualify opportunities thoroughly and collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth, high-quality handovers.
Continuously improve outreach processes, workflows, and sales development playbooks to drive efficiency, results, and market impact.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Lead Generation in a B2B & SaaS environment - exposure to Maintenance, industrial, or service-related environments is an advantage.
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus.
Strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and meticulous attention to detail in all follow-up communications.
Manage multiple conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to maximize efficiency.
Maintain a customer-centric approach, always striving to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Possess a growth-oriented mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
