Responsibilities
- Implement security measures (tools and processes).
- Ensure compliance with the information security policy.
- Deliver training and promote information security awareness.
- Ensure the implementation of measures that protect the company’s information using the tools provided, proposing solutions and action plans.
- Identify information security threats and risks, applying actions and fixes to ensure the security of the organization’s data and assets.
- Monitor and control processes to verify they comply with information security measures and policies.
- Develop, monitor and analyze metrics related to information security.
- Develop and implement information security rules.
- Manage, verify and grant access for employees.
- Manage vulnerabilities and information security incidents, as well as manage IT vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related areas.
- Postgraduate degree in Information Security.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in infrastructure and security roles.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft, Linux, AWS, ISO 27001 and ISO 27002.
- Experience with security services and tools (Firewall, VPN, WAF, Proxy, SIEM, IDS, IPS, CDN, Encryption and Vulnerability Scanning).
- Experience with Cloud Computing, Azure and AWS.
- Experience with Office 365.
- Knowledge of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
- Knowledge of security standards ISO 27001 and ISO 27002.
- Desirable knowledge of best-practice frameworks such as SANS, NIST and OWASP.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux).
- Knowledge of IT asset management tools, such as Intune.
- Knowledge of network protocols.
- Advanced English proficiency preferred.
