Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with all safety and company standards
Lead and motivate an interdisciplinary team
Plan and manage event logistics, schedules, and staffing to ensure seamless execution
Approve and monitor project plans, budgets, and deliverables
Maintain RIEDEL’s technical inventory and coordinate project readiness
Review contracts, manage on-site communication, and provide bi-weekly progress reports
Act as the primary liaison between local teams, management, and clients
Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
5+ years of site, project, or operations management experience, ideally in live events, broadcasting, or AV production
Strong technical background in intercom, radio, audio, and IT systems
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
Proven leadership and people management skills
Hands-on mindset and passion for end-to-end project execution
Experience in budgeting and resource management
Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Valid driver’s license
