Responsibilities
Build and sustain strategic relationships with Medical & Scientific leaders, business partners, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and Learning Excellence partners.
Diagnose business needs and performance gaps; recommend targeted learning solutions to develop Medical & Scientific Affairs capabilities.
Act as SME and review content with L&D Experience & Enablement to ensure alignment and measurable outcomes.
Monitor and report learning impact; share evaluation findings with partners.
Maintain expertise in Learning Excellence capabilities, Innovative Medicine L&D strategy, standards, and tools to propose efficient solutions.
Manage project resources (SMEs, contractors, vendors) and oversee RFPs, vendor results, timelines, and value.
Facilitate workshops and training as required, adapting solutions to the changing healthcare ecosystem.
Apply adult learning principles to develop skills-based programs that accelerate business impact.
