Responsibilities
Supports Senior Account Managers and Account Managers in managing an assigned book of business
Serves in an advisory capacity for clients
Coordinates and reviews accuracy of client-facing materials
Collaborates with Senior Account Managers to manage the annual renewal process
Reviews insurance contracts
Supports compliance deliverables
Assists with client acquisitions and new division onboarding
Supports Open Enrollment project management
Oversees post-enrollment audit process
Aids in carrier implementation
Partners with benefits technology teams
Maintains client plan(s) detail updates in CRM
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, required
Current Life and Health license, required
Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products, required
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, required
Familiarity and practical knowledge of quoting process and tools, preferred
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
Experience with benefit administration systems, preferred
