Responsibilities
Follow up with members who have submitted documents to request updated documentation
Handle and analyze customer requests related to documents that need updating
Follow up with customers by email or phone
Monitor the follow-up process and proactively propose improvements
Assist customers in understanding and updating their file
Populate and maintain reporting tools
Sort and organize follow-up requests within the team
Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic attitude
Comfortable on the phone and in direct customer contact
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computers and common office software
