Responsibilities
Execute high-volume transactional posting of charges and orders for parts and services in accordance with established procedures.
Ensure transactions are processed accurately, completely, and within defined SLAs.
Validate documentation completeness to support posting and audit requirements.
Respond to routine audit requests, corrections, and standard adjustments.
Maintain high accuracy to reduce rework and revenue leakage.
Follow documented SOPs, job aids, and work instructions.
Escalate exceptions and system issues per guidelines.
Support basic data gathering and verification.
Meet productivity and quality expectations tied to volume and accuracy.
Demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service to Cox Automotive business operations.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED.
Generally, less than 2 years of experience.
Experience working in a team environment.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated experience partnering with both internal and external customers.
Demonstrated communication capabilities with key stakeholders.
Excellent oral and written communication required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Ability to support business-driven schedules, including occasional weekend/holiday coverage and extended hours as required by auction cycles and client needs.
Ability to work onsite at Cox/Manheim locations when requested for business needs.
