Responsibilities
Identify and source new clients in government, education, retail, and commercial property sectors.
Conduct on-site visits and client meetings to understand needs and position SSG/Omnidian solutions.
Develop proposals, pricing and presentations to win new O&M contracts.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Maintain pipeline discipline and accurate revenue forecasts in CRM.
Open new OEM relationships with inverter, battery, and storage manufacturers.
Position SSG as the national service partner of choice through referral and servicing models.
Negotiate partnership terms and commercial agreements in collaboration with legal/finance.
Requirements
5+ years B2B sales experience, ideally selling into asset managers, property groups, government, or education.
Proven success in winning new contracts with complex, multi-stakeholder organisations.
Strong experience managing full sales cycles, from lead generation to close.
Comfort preparing proposals, pricing models, and negotiating agreements.
