Responsibilities
Acompanhar, analisar e responder à fila de chamados de service desk;
Realizar instalações e manutenções preventivas e corretivas de hardware e software em equipamentos de uso dos colaboradores, como microcomputadores e laptops;
Realizar atendimentos pelos canais de acionamento: chat, telefone, Teams.
Requirements
Formação superior completa em tecnologia;
Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita;
Conhecimento em pacote MS Office
Conhecimento em Metodologias ágeis e ferramentas como Jenkins e Jira;
Desejável conhecimentos em Itil, CI/CD, ambiente Cloud (AWS)
Superior completo em Tecnologia.
