Supports HR services including onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee records in the HR Service Center. Processes change notices and handles new hire paperwork.
Responsibilities
Supports various services within the HR Service Center, including onboarding, offboarding, employee referrals, PCNs, severance, employee records, transfers, contractor management, and LOA administration.
Processes Personnel Change Notices “PCNs” timely with consistent accuracy. This includes new hires, status changes, and terminations. Maintains HRMS records and compiles reports from the database as needed.
Assists department in carrying out various human resources programs, processes, and procedures for all company employees such as severance, LOA, etc.
Handles new hire paperwork. Processes recruiting transactions such as background checks, drug screenings, and prepares new hire packets for distribution. Creates offer letters.
Maintains the HR email box and 800 phone line, responding to inquiries and escalating as needed.
Requirements
High School diploma required
Experience working in a service center or call center desired
2 years of human resources experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
