Responsibilities
Assisting with the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of companies, trusts and limited partnerships****

Pro-actively taking on additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required ****

Requirements
Strong academic background. Willingness to study towards professional qualification (e.g. ICSA or STEP)****
Previous relevant administration experience or enthusiasm to move into a corporate administration position****
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ****
Working knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). Experience in using Viewpoint would be an advantage****
Ability to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative****
Responsive and client focused, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail ****
