Responsibilities
You search for potential customers and make initial contact.
You identify the needs of potential customers.
You identify the right contacts (decision-makers) within companies.
In addition to telephone outreach, you use social media channels for targeted initial approaches.
You process and document results in the CRM.
You accompany and support Sales Managers during appointments.
Through your work, you actively contribute to achieving the team's targets.
You independently familiarize yourself with Microsoft technologies.
Requirements
You are studying in a field relevant to the role, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication Studies, or you have ties to the software industry.
Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
You have strong communication and persuasion skills.
You are open to using AI-supported technologies and apply their potential purposefully in your daily work.
You have very good knowledge of German, spoken and written (at least C1 level).
You are goal-oriented and a team player.
You are interested in a long-term position and can work at least 12 hours per week. More hours are welcome during semester breaks.
