Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
Open to using AI-assisted technologies and able to leverage their potential in your daily work.
Goal-oriented and a collaborative team player.
Long-term interest in the role and availability of at least 12 hours per week (more hours preferred during semester breaks).
