Responsibilities
Provide change management support
Contribute to defining change management strategies for projects
Conduct impact analyses, risk assessments and evaluate team readiness levels
Develop transition plans, including mobilization, engagement and manager support strategies
Ensure message consistency and collaborate on the development of communication materials
Prepare and facilitate support activities
Coordinate change management activities related to organizational projects
Provide methodological advice and support to managers and teams
Requirements
University degree in change management, human resources, communications or another relevant field. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Proficiency with technology tools and the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
Bilingualism (French‑English): an asset
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in change management, project support or organizational development
Demonstrated experience in impact analysis, communication strategies and supporting teams through the implementation of new practices
Experience coordinating or actively participating in large-scale organizational projects
