Responsibilities
- Own the full program configuration journey: Dive deep into client objectives, lead them through key decisions, bring clarity to complex choices, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders as you steer each project from idea to implementation.
- Create and troubleshoot software configurations: Use your technical skills to set up, tweak, and refine our web-based recognition programs so they work beautifully every time.
- Solve problems before they become problems: You’ll proactively jump on ad hoc or system issues, helping everything stay on track and clients feel supported.
- Document your brilliance: Produce clean, clear documentation that captures program decisions and configurations for future reference.
- Test like a pro: Conduct thorough pre-launch testing so our clients enter User Acceptance Testing with confidence.
- Spot opportunities and share ideas: Have a clever enhancement in mind? You’ll identify new ways clients can get more from their programs and share insights with our internal sales teams.
- Partner for a seamless handover: Support the smooth transition from implementation to ongoing program management.
