Responsibilities

fornirai supporto tecnico avanzato su: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
diagnosticherai e risolverai problematiche tecniche legate alle Office Apps, sia da remoto sia on‑site
supporterai attività di installazione, configurazione e troubleshooting delle Microsoft 365 Apps
accompagnerai i clienti nell’adozione delle best practice di deployment delle Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise
fornirai guida tecnica su: utilizzo di VBA e Macros per automazione e integrazione tra Office Apps, Office Scripts
condurrai workshop tecnici, sessioni di training e webinar per supportare adozione e competenze interne
supporterai l’integrazione delle Office Apps con: SharePoint, OneDrive, Office Online Server
fornirai raccomandazioni tecniche per la transizione da soluzioni legacy a soluzioni moderne Microsoft 365
collaborerai con altri team IT per garantire integrazione e continuità operativa all’interno dell’infrastruttura del cliente
Requirements
Esperienza consolidata (15+ anni) in ruoli customer‑facing di: supporto tecnico enterprise, amministrazione di sistemi IT, consulting
Solida esperienza con: Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint e OneDrive
Conoscenza di: PowerShell, sistemi operativi Windows, concetti base di networking
