Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract nursing candidates
Build and maintain talent pipelines for nursing roles
Collaborate with TA Recruiters, Hiring Leaders, and HR colleagues
Conduct outreach and pre-screening of candidates
Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday and CRM
Research new sourcing tools and techniques
Represent UHS at virtual events and networking opportunities
Promote UHS’s brand and ensure compliance with recruitment policies
Requirements
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of sourcing or recruiting Registered Nurses
Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS/CRM systems
Exposure to credentialing or licensing processes for clinical roles
PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred
