Chief Revenue Officer driving growth and revenue for Nucleus Networks, a Managed IT Services provider. Leading the growth strategy and operational excellence in a hybrid role based in Vancouver.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategies to deliver sustained revenue growth and EBITDA improvement
Growth-minded: An obsession with new logo acquisition and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) addition, owning revenue growth across all business units
Outside sales, inside sales, and strategic partnerships will be a focus and priority
Partner with the CEO and executive team to establish and implement the company’s long-term strategic growth plan and financial objectives
Drive operational efficiency and margin expansion through disciplined execution, process optimization, and data-driven decision making
Oversee Nucleus’ Growth team (Sales and Marketing), ensuring coordinated execution across sales, partnerships, and new business initiatives while providing training, coaching and mentorship
Leverage your own sales ability to hunt and close deals
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and value drivers to ensure the company meets or exceeds annual targets
Represent Nucleus externally with clients, partners, and industry leaders to enhance brand reputation and market presence
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, technology, or managed services
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding EBITDA margins, and scaling organizations
Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to execute complex growth plans
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Outgoing, positive with a glass half-full mentality
Collaborative management style that can achieve commitment and teamwork from a variety of stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a national context
Strategic thinking with a track record of driving operational excellence
Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with clear accountability for performance
