About the role
- Senior Test Manager leading test automation capabilities in S/4HANA transformation program. Responsible for defining strategy and ensuring quality assurance during ERP implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and implementation of automated testing capabilities within the S/4HANA transformation program
- Define and execute the test automation strategy
- Build testing frameworks, ensuring quality assurance throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle
- Develop and maintain the master test plan, including scope, approach, resources, and timelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test management
- At least 3 years in SAP environments
- Proven track record of implementing test automation in large-scale ERP transformation programs
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition)
- Experience managing end-to-end testing across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.)
- Understanding of SAP technologies including ABAP, Fiori, SAP GUI, and SAP integration middleware
- Full professional proficiency in English
- A strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
