Responsibilities
Evaluate the agricultural training market in Normandy: stakeholders, existing offerings, and the positioning of the Chambers.
Build on methodologies and survey results already conducted within the Network.
Gather the expectations and needs of farmers who rarely or never take training (through surveys, interviews).
Identify and analyze their barriers (logistical, pedagogical, economic, etc.).
Propose innovative educational solutions (webinars, video capsules, hybrid formats, etc.).
Propose a commercial action plan to attract new farmers to training and potential developments for our training offer.
Requirements
Higher education in marketing, training engineering, or an agricultural/agro-engineering student
Valid driver's license (category B)
Market/needs analysis: Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative surveys (questionnaires, interviews)
Proficiency with analysis tools (Excel; survey software or CRM tools a plus)
Knowledge of methods for analyzing customer expectations (segmentation, personas)
Communication and writing: Clear, concise writing (reports, recommendations)
Ability to simplify data to make it understandable
Marketing and pedagogy: Understanding of offer marketing (adapting offerings to customer needs)
Digital tools: Good command of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
