Requirements
Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools
Proven ability to lead and deliver projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, resource allocation, cost control, and risk management
Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to act as a key interface between business and project teams
Solid understanding of project governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Experience driving change management initiatives and supporting problem-solving in complex environments
Comfortable working in a matrix and international environment, collaborating across multiple teams and geographies
Experience contributing to or implementing transformation plans and organizational change initiatives
Understanding of HR processes and environments is considered an advantage
