Responsibilities
Responsible for reviewing all training materials and achieving a score of 90% initially and then annually on Product Knowledge Assessment
Deliver product demonstrations and manage clinical evaluations of all products
Ensure delivery of equipment, itemization of contents, electrical testing by hospitals Biomed and other requirements are met before evaluations or installations
Provide ongoing clinical customer support either in person or by telephone
Make travel arrangements according to company policies and completing expense reports
Remain clinically knowledgeable and competent, maintaining an active respiratory therapy license and RRT Credential
Proactively advise, coordinate, and communicate between Customer and Nihon Kohden resources to resolve complex Ventilation team issues
Requirements
Masters or bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy or related discipline preferred; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree
Valid unrestricted respiratory therapy license issued within the United States
Active NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential
Valid drivers license and good driving record are required
3+ years of clinical specialist experience required with respiratory critical care device company
Well-rounded critical care experience, with a strong knowledge of cardiopulmonology and the ability to troubleshoot complex critical respiratory ventilation issues
