Responsibilities
Establish a new partner ecosystem in the United Kingdom and Ireland and maintain existing partners
Act as the primary liaison between Checkmk and our channel partners
Take ownership for the entire partner sales cycle, from recruiting partners to win deals
Support our partners to thrive and expand alongside our growth
Foster a culture of collaboration with our partners to achieve common goals and objectives
Solve problems and issues that may arise during partner interactions
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience in partner management and sales of technically complex products, ideally in the software environment
Experience in building new and existing partner
A passion for building relationships and an empathetic approach to different stakeholders
Desire to develop in a challenging work environment where your contribution is valued
Spontaneity and confidence to make decisions independently
Value an independent and collaborative way of working with a lot of personal responsibility from day one
Communicate fluently in English, every additional language is a plus
