About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory of medicines in the clinic
- Support clinic operations, including dispensing basic medicines to employees when needed
- Prepare and maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation.
- Assist in creating and updating monitoring checklists for hub signages and compliance requirements.
- Ensure proper organization and filing of compliance-related documents.
- Monitor and respond to compliance-related emails as needed.
- Take and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) for compliance discussions and updates.
- Maintain and update trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the line manager of Compliance.
Requirements
- No specific years of experience required
- Must be a student or recent graduate
- Basic knowledge of compliance and QMS systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
