Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery, including project economics, across multiple consulting projects and teams
- Lead the engagement team to deliver high-quality results on schedule, within budget, and meeting client and internal standards
- Manage an engagement team to the production of quality deliverables on time and on budget and in line with client expectations and internal standards
- Lead pursuit teams and proposal development including innovative approaches and methodologies tailored to address specific client transformation requirements
- Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions
- Help clients develop business cases and justifications for transformational projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading PMO practices for large transformation programs / portfolio’s ($100M+ budgets)
- Hands-on experience justifying, managing or delivering large business, compliance and IT transformations
- Ability to develop and manage strategic client relationships while providing the highest quality client work across multiple client projects
- Track record of leading sales activities, including business development, proposal creation, and closing new consulting engagements
- Extensive management consulting experience, with knowledge of strategy, operations, technology and AI to drive efficiencies
- An MBA or CA and Program Management certification or equivalent is considered an asset
