Responsibilities
Own top of funnel strategy supporting NinjaOne’s global go to market organization across North America and EMEA
Partner closely with Global Revenue leadership across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Channel, MSP, and strategic functions
Identify, engage, and pipeline high-impact talent aligned to complex, enterprise deal cycles
Proactively build diverse, high-quality pipelines while delivering actionable market insights that shape hiring strategy globally
Build and execute global sourcing strategies across GTM functions including Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, MSP, Partner, and Revenue Operations
Conduct competitive intelligence and org mapping across software companies serving IT, MSP, and enterprise buyers
Deliver ongoing market insights including talent availability, competitive movement, compensation trends, and sourcing pipeline health
Track sourcing metrics, response rates, and funnel conversion data to refine strategy
