Responsibilities
Manage benefits open enrollment process activities
Lead day-to-day relationships with external vendors
Ensure benefit plans are administered and compliant
Administer all benefit programs
Manage employee leave of absences
Lead the Employee Recognition Program
Research, resolve, and address employee benefit inquiries
Review vendor monthly statements for accuracy
Manage ADP HRIS system and benefits portals
Manage and administer annual merit cycle
Ensure adherence to compensation guidelines
Responsible for compensation market pricing and analysis
Develop career paths as appropriate
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of relevant experience in benefits
Experience with compensation preferred
Highly proficient with Excel, including advanced functionality (e.g., pivot tables, charts)
