Responsibilities
- Support the ESG transformation of certain Nhood Business Units (Property Management and Asset Management)
- Contribute to the resource center: structure methodologies, tools, and upskill teams and clients
- Monitor ESG roadmaps by business line and country
- Upskill teams through dedicated training programs (Nhood Academy)
- Support Asset Managers / Property Managers in defining OPEX/CAPEX budgets and ESG investment plans
- Manage environmental certifications (e.g., BREEAM In Use)
- Support the development of competencies within the internal ESG teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree (engineering school or specialized master’s) or equivalent (Bac+5)
- More than 3 years’ experience in commercial building and sustainable tertiary real estate
- Knowledge of ESG issues and environmental performance of buildings (climate, carbon, water, biodiversity)
- Familiarity with French and European ESG regulations and environmental certifications
- Knowledge of tertiary/commercial real estate and its value chain
- Building energy engineering (energy optimization and energy management)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Languages: French & English, written and spoken (Spanish is a plus)
