Responsibilities
Responsible for working with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to place new business and service some client accounts
Support day-to-day account management for a specific set of clients
Prepare materials for presentations and communications
Maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts
Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish
Communicates directly with clients and carriers in collaboration with Account Executives and Advisors
Create and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures
Requirements
3 years of Personal Lines service and sales experience
Florida market experience highly preferred
P&C License upon hire
Spanish bilingual preferred
Experience working with personal lines insurance carriers required
Experience with EPIC preferred or similar client management system required
Excellent written communication skills
Knowledge of all areas of Personal Insurance/Personal Risk coverage required
Ability to maintain a private workspace when working from home
