Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with key retail partners
Work closely with sales leadership to implement growth strategies, manage accounts, and deliver results

Prepare sales forecasts, analyze data, and conduct market research
Tailor strategies to meet customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Represent the company at major trade fairs
Manage new projects and tasks ensuring successful execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred)
Fluent in English and Dutch, Swedish would be a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development
Highly driven, independent, and reliable
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as required
Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and market dynamics
Proficient in sales forecasting, reporting, and managing multiple accounts and projects
