Responsibilities
Provide leadership, oversight and strategic direction to regional operations including implementation of programs, services, policies and guidelines.
Take a proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong and productive relationships within CAREERS as well as with external stakeholders and strategic partners.
Develop and oversee programs and ensure organizational goals are met or exceeded.
Participate in the preparation and administration of the approved annual budget.
Manage human resources for the region.
Provide input and consultation to the Director, Operations on strategic and operational matters.
Monitor the quality and impact of programs in the region.
Requirements
Experience as a leader in a non-profit, community development, social development, or other related role.
Post-secondary education is required (apprenticeship, college, or university).
A valid Alberta driver’s license and an incident free criminal record and child welfare checks required.
Excellent technical skills in Office 365 and databases.
