Responsibilities
Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle
Develop and execute product line strategy aligned with business growth objectives
Collaborate with the strategy & growth leader on innovation pipeline, new market entry, strategic partnerships
Lead full product lifecycle management from concept through end-of-life
Ensure key product features and benefits are clearly communicated to the Sales Channel
Owns the pricing strategy to maximize profitability and competitiveness
Work closely with Sales & Service, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, marketing, or business required
MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
Minimum of 5+ years in the medical device industry
Demonstrated success in product management, strategic marketing
Knowledge of Interventional Medical procedures preferred
Expertise in market segmentation, competitive analysis, and value-based pricing and messaging
Proficient in Excel-based financial modeling, Power BI dashboards, and market modeling techniques
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
