Responsibilities
Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to new customer acquisition
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients
Present, promote, and sell our solutions to meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with our partners to deliver the best solutions for new customers
Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
Forecast and track key sales metrics, always keep the pipeline in the CRM tool up to date
Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives clearly and transparently
Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs to drive innovative sales strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, particularly focused on acquiring new customers
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
Technical understanding of software essential, understanding of open source is a plus
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to priorities
Fluent English skills plus business proficiency in other languages such as Spanish/ Portuguese/ Italian or Swedish is a plus.
