Responsibilities
Identify and analyze potential opportunities and develop contact strategies
Identify customer requirements and assess implementation options based on the full Nexi product, service and solutions portfolio
Prepare, price, and manage multi-stage proposals, tenders and contracts, and prepare and conduct sales negotiations at decision-maker level
Analyze and execute cross-selling and up-selling initiatives, including leveraging the Nexi partner ecosystem
Create and maintain project and sales funnels, Salesforce data and forecasting reports
Develop key account strategy plans and decision documents
Ensure high-quality account handovers to account management ("farmer") colleagues
Attend trade shows and other industry events to engage new prospects
Take responsibility for your own professional development
Own responsibility for meeting various targets (e.g., revenue and performance KPIs)
Achieve and protect market share and company objectives in line with targets
Manage relationships with national and international partners to support strategic direction
Requirements
Degree in business administration, economics or related field preferred; alternatively, A-levels (Abitur) and vocational training in a commercial discipline
Extensive sales experience at decision-maker level
Industry experience in cashless payment solutions is an advantage
Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages a plus
Driver's license
