About the role

  • People Operations Advisor providing HR support and advice to managers and employees. Focused on self-service and automation while managing a caseload of HR queries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pragmatic, high-quality advice and support to managers and employees
  • Manage a caseload of People casework
  • Identify pain points and design self-serve resources
  • Map, simplify and document end-to-end processes
  • Turn recurring queries into structured knowledge articles
  • Manage a caseload of People queries and cases
  • Advise managers on wellbeing, performance, disciplinaries and grievances
  • Partner with the People Administrator for operational support
  • Support the documentation of international People processes
  • Maintain accurate records in People systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR advisory or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Demonstrable experience improving ways of working
  • Ability to capture and structure knowledge clearly
  • High professional standards including quality of work
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Comfortable working with HR systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent qualification/experience
