Responsibilities
Coordinate technical issues and align resolutions with impacted teams
Administration of training programs in the Grow system: creation and modification of events, training sessions, online courses, materials, videos, and tests
Registration of participants, maintaining attendance lists, and mass uploading of training events and sessions
Processing incoming Learning & Development requests (via Contact Center and MS Outlook); providing consultations as a process subject-matter expert
Preparation of various reports, including attendance and training effectiveness
Coordination of technical issue resolution with relevant teams
Participation in continuous improvement and process standardization programs
Ensuring timely updates of documentation and SOPs
Requirements
A professional with communication, coordination and organizational skills
A fast-learner, attentive to details
A specialist with a university degree (in the field of Business Administration or equivalent)
Able to work under time pressure in a changing environment
Experienced user of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point)
Confident in English and French on at least Intermediate level (both written and verbal)
