About the role
- Payroll Analyst calculating and processing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws for Nestlé. Collaborating with HR and accounting departments to improve payroll efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Validate and ensure correct payroll calculations and processing
- Review and verify work schedules, admissions, terminations, and contract changes
- Stay up to date on Colombian labor and social security regulations
- Participate in internal and external payroll audits
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and Accounting
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes
- Perform processing and control of payments to payroll-related suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Intermediate/advanced Spanish
- Preferred intermediate English
- Preferred experience with SAP Payroll module
- Preferred knowledge of Power BI and automation tools
- Mandatory Excel proficiency
