Responsibilities
Operational implementation and coordination of influencer collaborations
Research and initial outreach to suitable creators
Creation of briefings and coordination on content, timing, and deliverables
Support with contract negotiations and partnership terms with creators and agencies
Monitoring relevant influencer KPIs and supporting the identification of initial optimizations
Close collaboration with Social Media, Brand, and Performance teams to ensure smooth processes
Support with reporting and maintaining relevant data
Requirements
Some practical experience in influencer or social media marketing
Basic negotiation skills when dealing with creators and agencies
Understanding of key influencer marketing KPIs and the ability to interpret data confidently
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
A good sense for aesthetics, trends, and the beauty/lifestyle sector
Excellent written and spoken German and English
