Responsibilities
You are responsible for the end-to-end influencer booking process — from scouting and negotiation to performance analysis.
You independently manage monthly budgets (from approx. €20,000) and scale them up significantly during peak sales periods.
You bring structure to existing growth and ensure we scale influencer marketing faster and more effectively.
You plan and execute large-scale, sales-driven influencer brand activations on Instagram, TikTok & other platforms.
You optimize campaigns based on relevant KPIs such as ROAS, reach, conversion, and AOV.
You track and report results — deriving clear recommendations for budget allocation.
You continuously test new creators, channels, and formats to steadily improve our results.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in performance-oriented influencer marketing, ideally in D2C, health, and/or supplements.
Proven experience independently managing campaigns (25+ bookings per month) and handling budgets from €20,000.
Highly structured, data-driven, and detail-oriented — you enjoy analyzing ROAS and identifying efficiency opportunities.
You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and work in a goal- and results-oriented way.
Hands-on and self-driven — you deliver projects to completion without lengthy approval loops.
Passion for social media and health topics — you know who and what is trending before the briefing call starts.
Native-level German and strong proficiency in English.
