Responsibilities
Managing the execution of CRM promotions, including segment management, setting up promotions, tournaments, and lifecycles.
Quality assurance of the bonus journey to prevent errors and ensure accuracy.
Setting up bonuses, promotions, and tournaments on the back office system.
Preparing and coordinating information pages and communication journeys.
Providing insights on campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
Assisting in producing and delivering campaign briefs and plans.
Coordinating the delivery of promotional content and material.
Maintaining and implementing a Multi-Geo promotional calendar.
Conducting market research to identify new campaign opportunities.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate setup of promotions and bonuses flows.
Good organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to operational issues related to promotions or campaigns settings.
Experience working with task management tools such as Jira or similar systems is considered an advantage.
