Responsibilities
Define and execute global People Enablement strategy aligned with business objectives
Design long-term global operating model for People Enablement (processes, systems, governance)
Lead and develop multi-country People Enablement team across ER, payroll, mobility, compliance
Build scalable processes across the employee lifecycle
Own global payroll strategy and operations
Lead global ER framework and provide senior guidance on complex cases
Own global mobility strategy and ensure compliance across regions
Drive automation and reporting enhancements in HRIS and people tools
Ensure global compliance with employment law, GDPR, and audit requirements
Requirements
Proven experience leading People Operations in a global, multi-country environment
Strong global leadership experience, managing teams across multiple regions
Expertise in payroll, employee relations, global mobility, and HR compliance
Proficiency in employment legislation of Sweden ideally other European countries too
Ability to influence senior leaders and shape People Ops strategy
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, HiBob)
